Newsflash: Raytech launches its own machine for series production

Large serie manufacturing high precision parts

Raytech keeps innovating!

We’ve just launched our newest in-house laser machine, specifically developed for large-scale production of flat parts between 0.01 mm and 2 mm thick—where speed and precision go hand in hand.

Thanks to our self-developed high-acceleration laser systems, laser cutting is now a competitive option for high volumes, even for complex parts.

Raytech develops technology for burr-free cutting of electrical steel

Over the past few years, Raytech has developed a technique that allows us to cut fine materials (such as electrical steel) burr-free, directly.

The major advantage? No post-processing is required after cutting, completely avoiding any potential impact on the material’s electromagnetic properties.
